Samsung's largest Android-based mobile phone, the Galaxy Note, is expected to arrive on shelves in Scandinavian countries with a price tag of over 700 Euros attached to it, some of the latest reports on the matter.

The handset was unveiled only a few days ago at the IFA 2011 fair trade in Berlin, where we managed to get a closer look at it, and should hit the market in the next few months.

Previous rumors on its release suggested that it might be released only during the first quarter of the next year, yet it seems that it might arrive on the market much sooner than that.

New info on the Galaxy Note places its release date sometime in November, at least when the Scandinavian countries are involved.

Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden are all expected to have the new Samsung Galaxy Note available for purchase in about two months from now with price tags ranging from 714 to 799 Euros.

In Denmark, for example, the smartphone should go for 5,600 Danish krone (around 751 Euros) in November, while being expected to arrive in Finland at 799 Euros during the same month.

In Norway and Sweden, the large device should be priced at 5,700 Norwegian krone (743 Euros), and at 6,500 Swedish krona (714 euros), respectively.

Undoubtedly, the mobile phone will not be affordable, not by far, but its specifications list and capabilities certainly make it worth every penny.

The handset was unveiled with a 5.3-inch touchscreen display and with a 1.4GHz dual-core application processor inside, as well as dual cameras (an 8MP one of the back and a 2MP one on the front), 16GB of internal memory, and the usual set of connectivity capabilities or sensors.

When compared to Galaxy Note, the currently highly popular Galaxy S II seems small, although it features a 4.3-inch screen. However, it is also cheaper than what the new device should go for, which makes it much more accessible to end-users.
