MacTVision Technologies has announced on its blog that the company will be giving away a free Verizon iPhone 4 (with a 1 year paid plan) as well as an iPad to the lucky customer no. 10,000. The company claims it is “literally right around the corner from the 10,000 mark!” as it drops the price on MacTVision HD for Mac OS X by $10.00.

MacTVision HD for Mac OS X allows users to watch over 2,600 free, popular TV, news, sports, and specialty channels on their Mac.

The makers claim to offer a complete solution that requires no additional hardware or monthly fees.

Users can add their own streams manually, including favorite streaming internet radio stations.

The solution supports VPN connections for International users.

As avid Softpedia readers should know, Apple and Verizon have recently disclosed their plans to release a redesigned iPhone 4 boasting support for the operator’s CDMA network.

The handset is scheduled to arrive in the U.S. on February 10th.
