The pic also caused some major waves for being the first piece of evidence that the Oscar-winning actress was considering divorce as rumor had also said, since she was not wearing her wedding ring. It’s now Jesse James’ turn to be snapped without his ring on, as TMZ can confirm.
The paparazzi agency and celebrity gossip website has gotten a hold of the first pic of Jesse James since leaving the Arizona rehab, where he willingly admitted himself late last month to deal with an addiction whose nature was not revealed to the press. In it, the biker and reality show star is not wearing his wedding ring, though he still had it on when he went to rehab. This can’t but mean that the state of things in his marriage to Sandra is taking a turn for the worse.
“Jesse James wasn’t wearing his wedding ring this morning – yet another sign his marriage to Sandra Bullock is shaky. James and his ring-less finger were spotted as he was dropping his kids off at school in Long Beach. James typically wore the ring... as recently as a month ago,” TMZ says. This means that he had his ring on even after the cheating scandal broke in the media, which would make his most recent appearance without it more than just a coincidence.
It’s not known whether he too sold the rights for the first picture to a non-paparazzi agency, though chances of that happening since TMZ is the first to publish it are actually slim. Sandra Bullock, on the other hand, reportedly allowed Getty to take the first picture of her after the scandal (the one mentioned above), thus avoid being hounded by the paparazzi. Eventually, the pic started a genuine bidding war among tabs, eventually being bought by Entertainment Tonight, which reportedly paid a whopping $60,000 for it, as we also told you a few days ago.
