Samsung SGH-T639 has high chances of soon being released, as it has just been FCC approved. There is a high chance that it will arrive at T-Mobile in the near future, although specifications on exactly when this will happen have not been made up to this point.

Samsung T639 is a rather difficult to spot handset. The clamshell has been originally approved as a quad-band GSM device, but soon after that, it has been revoked. Things have changed from that point on, as this new T639 phone model comes with WCDMA 1700 support.

FCC has given its thumb up and agreed on the fact that it is ready and in top shape for release. T-Mobile is the main carrier for CDMA phones in the US, which makes this handset sound like an excellent product to be released through this carrier. Still, no official statements on its launch have been made until now.

Samsung SGH-T639 is a quad-band GSM/EDGE phone model capable of meeting most of the average needs coming from the users. The handset comes with Bluetooth connectivity and is 3G enabled. This means reasonable speeds for data transfers and the possibility to surf the Web in reliable terms.

The fact that Samsung SGH-T639 now brings only few specifications on the performances that it will come equipped with leaves the matter of pricing uncertain. Still, it has high chances of being an affordable device which will appeal to a large audience. Moreover, it T-Mobile will actually choose to carry this clamshell phone, it will be the first such device with 3G capabilities from the entire line of models that this company currently brings for its subscribers. Neither T-Mobile nor Samsung have announced the upcoming of Samsung SGH-T639 until now.
