14 DAY TRIAL // Gears of War 3 is already one of the most popular video games of the year but the developers at Epic Games seem to be interested in getting even more players involved with the multiplayer modes via a new event called Twelve Days of Gearsmas.
Those who take part will be able to get a number of prizes, like a beta tester T-shirt or an exclusive Gears of War 3 Vault from Calibur11.
The schedule for events includes:
Day 1: Fortifications for free - Gift Boxes aplenty Day 2: No Team Love - Friendly Fire in Horde Mode is turned on Day 3: Much Bigger Heads – the Big Head Mutator is turned on Day 4: Squawking Bird - Cluckshots replace Boomshots Day 5: Beasts on the Cheap – where Tier Beast are more common in Beast mode Day 6: Boomers Flaming - with Tickers and Flame Boomers are included in Horde mode Day 7: Gibbing Comets Ringing - King of the Hill has Comet Mutator Day 8: Experience for Milking - 4x multiplier for XP Day 9: Locust Ladies Dancing - Berzerkers and laugh track are added to every wave Day 10: Locust Ladies Dancing - more Lambent per enemy wave Day 11: Snowman’s Heads a Popping - characters get snowman heads Day 12: Mortars Incoming - all weapon pickups swapped with Mortars

Epic Games has also said that it is keeping some more events secret and invites fans to log into Gears of War 3 every day in order to make sure that they miss nothing.
