C-TOUCH, China's International Touchscreen Exhibition, will convene next month, November, 2011, from 24 to 26, in Shenzen, and it is there that N-trig will showcase its latest inventions.

Quite simply, the company will put more than a few things on display, such as convertible tablets, full-fledged slates, etc.

All of them will run either a version of the Android operating system or Microsoft's Windows 7.

Nevertheless, in the end, all, or at least most, of those items will have one major purpose, that being to showcase N-trig's latest invention.

Said invention is the DuoSense pen and multi-touch user interface, which should help most with content creation and productivity improvement.

That said, DuoSense sounds like it is geared mostly towards professionals instead of consumers.

Nevertheless, this doesn't mean that N-trig doesn't have anything oriented towards a more “advanced, intuitive and fun user experience.”

As a matter of fact, the company will demonstrate the N-act gesture Vocabulary, which enables support, on Windows, for 2+1, 3 and 4-finger gestures.

Furthermore, the Digital Pencil will be on display at C-TOUCH as well, this being a battery-powered stylus that makes hands-on writing smooth, natural and productive.

Finally, N-trig will be speaking at the C-TOUCH Tech-Forum about tablet versatility and their uses on the education market, among other things.

It really seems like touch input has been getting a lot of attention lately, and this extends to more than the invention of a panel that can pick up signals through fabric or make gloved finger touch support possible.

Virtually every new item nowadays that has a screen, of any sort, has some form of touch support, with or without stylus recognition.

N-trig, obviously, wants to make sure it gets a say, and continues to has a say, in the direction that IT is going to take next.
