When it was released in February, the latest World of Warcraft Mac client patch updated the popular MMORPG to version 3.3.2. With the new test realm patch now available, fans of the game can have a peek at what’s coming up next.

The test realm patch notes only apply to features that exist on the public test realms. Blizzard Entertainment provides these patch notes to players who wish to know what features and changes exist in the test environment, so they can test them more effectively, the company says. As usual, a mile-long list of changes is provided in the patch notes. Under “general,” Blizzard points out that, “Copied Test Realm characters are not copied with their achievement history in order to better facilitate the character copy process.”

“The amount of Honor awarded for an Honorable Kill has been increased by 100% for characters of all levels,” Blizzard adds, talking about PvP changes in Patch 3.3.3. “This change will effectively double the amount of Honor received from Honorable Kills, or for completing Battleground and Wintergrasp objectives; however, the amount of experience gained from completing Battleground objectives and the amount of Honor rewarded for completing each Wintergrasp quest remain unchanged,” the developer claims.

A bug has also been fixed, according to the patch notes. “When speaking to an NPC for which a player has 2 or more quests and not all of them are complete, the incomplete quests will now correctly show as a gray question marks in the dialog box. In addition, repeatable quests will be properly colored as blue exclamation points or question marks in the dialog box for NPCs with multiple quests available, or for which the player has multiple quests in progress or completed,” Blizzard reveals. This error and many others are likely to be addressed in the final 3.3.3 patch for WoW.
