It looks like the guys behind the highly-acclaimed, and soon multi-awarded, Dolphin browser for Android devices have some troubles with their latest version for the application.

After numerous beta versions, Dolphin Browser HD v5.0 has finally been released on the Android Market two days ago.

Unfortunately, users have reported several critical issues that made the browser unstable or unusable on certain Android devices.

However, it appears that the developers worked hard on fixing these issues and came up with yet another beta version of the browser, Dolphin Browser v.5.0.1 beta.

Fortunately, it took the Dolphin team a bit more than 24 hours to address the reported issues and users can now download the final release of the browser.

Dolphin HD v5.0.1 fixes the page loading bug as well as several crashing issues that have been reported in the last two days.

Those who haven't tried the beta version and experienced one of these bugs, like progress bar loads forever or it stops loading at 70-80% completion, should update their Dolphin Browser HD to v5.0.1.

According to the users' feedback the latest version of the popular Android browser is bug-free and works smoothly on any compatible device.

This solved all slow and halted page loading issues that I was encountering on both my HTC Evo 4G (Android v2.2) and Acer Iconia A500 tablet (Android v3.01).Thanks” - Chris

During previous 5.0 betas I was able to easily produce the “page loading” issue and posted that feedback here. I just spent a significant amount of time surfing the web, going to my normal sites (in which I’ve been able to produce the problem) and I had no issues at all. The 5.0.1 beta was very fast and no hangs or loading problems.”- Greg.

Dolphin Browser HD v5.0.1 is compatible with all devices running Android OS 2.0.1 or newer and is available as a free download from Softpedia.
