14 DAY TRIAL // The Lohan family has often been targeted in the media for the way in which they handle their personal life and the decisions they make. Dina Lohan, in particular, rarely escapes criticism for the way she is promoting her daughters, Lindsay and Ali, 15, and for the things she, as a mother, encourages them to do. On this note, the other night, Dina took underage Ali to a club and was furious to see that the bouncer would not grant her access.
According to MSNBC The Scoop, the other night was a party night for the Lohan girls. Dina, Lindsay and Ali put on their best dresses and makeup and went out to party until the break of dawn. Their destination of choice was celebrity hotspot Villa – however, as it happened, Villa would have none of Ali’s underage partying and a bouncer turned the three women at the door.
Eyewitnesses reportedly tell The Scoop that, when Dina heard that they were not granted access to the club because Ali was only 15, she flew into a rage and jumped at the bouncer to tell him off. “Do you know who I am?” mother Lohan reportedly told the bodyguard at the door. Obviously, the bouncer did not, or simply did and he did not care. Lindsay also took the denial pretty hard, according to the same source, since she too started yelling at the man, assuring him that, “You’re making a huge mistake! Huge!” The sources did not explain what she meant by that, sadly.
Of course, if what these eyewitnesses are reporting is true, then this comes in sharp contradiction with the image that Lindsay is currently trying to promote in the media. According to the actress / aspiring model, it’s the tabloids and the paparazzi (and, to some extent, the public as well) that are ruining her life by not leaving her alone. It’s also them who are looking for trouble where there is none to be had, and she would be much better off if no one minded her, which is to say, she does not court controversy with anything she does.
