A heroic water droplet and the most amazing 3D fantasy world awaits you in Konami's new Wii title Dewy's Adventure from Konami. The game has been designed by the same producer behind the eagerly-awaited Eledees (just to give you an idea of what you're in for).

An original Wii title, Dewy’s Adventure uses the Wii-Remote to control the elements and tilt the ground of the game world as players help a small droplet of water save its home from a mysterious dark force. The game is set on a world where crystal clear water and green forests have flourished, which was a peaceful and prosper land for centuries, under the wise watch of the Elder Tree.

But, as all stories go, there has to be that evil character who, in this case, wants to seize control of the Elder Tree and transform the world into a shadowy land in which rivers of Black Water flow, that is Don Hedron. Using the last of its remaining power, the Elder Tree has created a small droplet of water-the “Dewy”-and granted it the power of the elements with the hope that it will make the Black Water vanish.

The wiimote is used to move and create inclines on the ground, moving Dewy to the exactly desired spot while rotating the environment to solve puzzles. The small ball of water can also alter the temperature of its immediate area to transform into ice and Steam and it’s useful in freezing or heating different parts of the world, as the game sometimes requires it, for a player to solve puzzles and to defeat the never-ending enemies.

The droplet has three forms and some landscape tilting abilities which players can unleash by shaking the controller to cause an earthquake, waving it to create a windstorm, a rain cloud or bolts of lightning. In addition to a story mode, Dewy’s Adventure also features an edit mode wherein users can create play areas for friends to enjoy and swap with others.

All we know about the release date is that it will be released exclusively for the Wii sometime soon in 2007. That’s as specific as Konami gets.
