14 DAY TRIAL // Disney star Demi Lovato has left the rehabilitation facility she’s been at since November last year and is now back in Los Angeles. Though out of the facility, Demi will still be receiving help for her issues.
TMZ was the first to report that the singer / actress was out again. Shortly after, photos of the star in Santa Monica emerged online – and it certainly seems like the stay there did wonders for her, because she looked incredible.
“Demi Lovato has completed her stint in a treatment facility and is already back in LA, TMZ has learned,” the e-zine reports.
Though LA may be considered not quite the best place to be for someone with certain issues (Demi’s have never been made public), it is believed she is focused on her family and friends right now.
“Sources close to Demi tell us, the actress wants to focus on getting back into her ‘regular routine’ and spend time with her family and close friends,” TMZ writes.
She will continue the work started at the facility in terms of getting help. “We’re told Demi will continue to seek treatment for her issues while in LA,” says the same e-zine.
“Demi went to the treatment center after punching a backup dancer on a tour with the Jonas Brothers – and claims she sought help for ‘emotional and physical issues’,” the same report notes.
Ever since she willingly went to the rehabilitation center, speculation online has been running rampant about what brought her there.
Several reports claim that she had a serious drug problem – claims have even been made that there’s a video of her doing lines of cocaine “like a pro” making the rounds on the Internet.
Others believe the problems are strictly related to pressure of being in the spotlight, and how Demi simply can’t cope with it anymore, turning to a very destructive lifestyle.
As the photo attached to this article confirms, Demi is looking much better now – and she’s even smiling for the paparazzi.
