Dell has been rolling out a bunch of products in India today like the Venue 7 and Venue 8 tablets with Android, but it hasn't neglected the Windows 8 lovers either. So the company has also launched the Venue 8 Pro and Venue 11 Pro slates in the country.

Both models run Windows 8.1 out of the box and are targeted at professionals who bring in their devices at work. Customers will be able to grab the Venue 8 Pro for Rs 26,499 / $430 / €318 a pop, but the price for the Venue 11 Pro hasn't been announced yet, reports NDTV.

For those who don’t know that the Dell Venue 8 Pro sports a nice HD IPS screen with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and draws power from a 1.8GHz Intel Atom processor complete with integrated HD graphics plus 2GB of RAM and either 32GB / 64GB of internal storage (expandable via miroSD).

The 8-incher has dual cameras (5MP on the back and 1.2MP frontal snapper) and a battery that can apparently offer 9.9 hours of life. The tablet is available in red and black coloring options and comes with Microsoft Office Home & Student pre-installed.

The Venue 11 Pro comes equipped with an 11-inch full HD screen with an improved resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The power source of the slate resides in the same Intel Atom processor clocked at 2.4GHz with a choice between 64GB / 128GB internal memory.

Things have been upped in the photo department too, where we find an 8MP camera on the back and a secondary 2MP frontal webcam. Furthermore, the Venue 11 Pro offers miniHDMI, USB 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC. The battery is apparently capable of sustaining an 8 to 10 hours lifespan.

Dell India will also offer some accessories to go with the slate, like a keyboard case or an attachable keyboard with an extra battery.
