American storage solution manufacturer Delkin Devices Inc. is announcing the new 128GB CF 1000X UDMA 7 MEMORY CARD, on its official website. This is a CompactFlash storage solution that uses the UDMA 7 transfer rate standard.

The Delkin CF 1000X memory card is designed to work with DSLR cameras and advanced camcorders that require the fastest speeds. When recording at very high resolution, such as 720p or 1080p, the flash storage must be able to support write speeds of over 6 MB/s for 720p recording and 10 MB/s for 1080p recording.

The CF 1000X UDMA 7 memory card is able to write data at speeds over 80MB/s and comes with built in UDMA 7 support, and VPG (Video Performance Guarantee) profiling.

The CF 1000X card supports unlimited continuous bursts in UDMA 7-enabled DSLRs and will not slow your camera’s buffer.

Unlike most memory cards that are mass-built in overseas facilities, the Delkin CF 1000X card is built, designed and engineered in San Diego, California and comes with a lifetime warranty.

The official pricing stands at 649 USD on Delkin’s own webshop.

That is around 490 EUR for the European buyers, but we expect it to be priced around the 550 EUR mark.
