A waitress in New Jersey was denied a tip this week when customers said that they did not approve of her lifestyle. A message scribbled on the receipt called out the gay server for her life choices.
The video above shows waitress Dayna Morales, who just happens to be a former Marine. With her hair cut short and wearing a black shirt and a tie, she was called out as looking too manly.
The patron, a woman bringing her children to the Gallop Asian Bistro in Bridgewater, Somerset County, told her that she was expecting her to say that her name was Dan.
Dayna tells WABC-TV that she has introduced herself to the patron the way she would any other customer.
"I was rather offended, mad. I didn't know how to react to that. I never thought that would ever happen," the server says.
