Artist Diego Latorre shows the world how actor might have looked in possible remake

A while ago, word had it that director Juan Carlos Fresnadillo was on board a remake of “The Crow,” while actor Bradley Cooper was in negotiations for the leading part. Today, we have a look at how said collaboration might have turned out.

To fans' pleasant surprise, the projects went into limbo when Cooper bailed out of negotiations and was shortly followed by Fresnadillo.

The remake has been in limbo ever since (and will hopefully remain there) but, for those who were rooting for Cooper to get the part, Diego Latorre is here to save the day.

The artist has created concept art for the beloved character of Eric Draven, the musician who mysteriously returns from the dead to avenge the death of his loved one at the hand of ruthless thugs.

Such images might never come to be in real life (in the sense that Cooper won't play the part), but at least they're convincing: he would have fit the part at least visually, even considering comparisons to Brandon Lee.

We'll include more shots in the gallery below and, if they manage to wet your appetite, here's where you can see more of them.
