Continuing the journey of innovative MP3 players, that has more and more ingenious shapes, we present you for the winter holidays the clip MP3 player, as we called it. As a matter of fact, it is a clip, and you won't even notice is an MP3 player also if you wouldn't see the headphones attached to it. Maybe it is the smallest MP3 player on the market, and if it's not, it definitely is one of the smallest.

The clip MP3 player comes from Evergreen, with the code DN-CLMP128 (it is a mystery why Japanese companies name their products so odd and impersonal) and can be bought for the 34 USD "mini price".

The player has an external size of 25.6?53.2?22.6mm (don't even bother to calculate it, trust us, it is very small) and weights only 20 grams. It is shaped as a clip and can be attached to practically anything: your bag, you jacket's collar or your shirt's sleeve. But the storing capacity is proportional with the player's size, namely 128 MB. This means you can store on the small DN-CLMP128 up to 30 songs in MP3 or WMA audio format.

The small MP3 player can play MP3 or WMA audio files, each with a corresponding bit rate of 64 to 192 kbps. DN-CLMP128 can be controlled using three buttons, each having double functions, for volume control and song change and respectively play and pause/stop. There is also a small LED (Light Emitting Diode) that signals the functioning state of the player and its battery. And as a small bonus, when you skip or change the songs on the DN-CLMP128 player, a nice fade in and out effect takes places, just like you'd hear on the radio or in a club.

The battery of DN-CLMP128 has a 5 hour lifetime and can be recharged through the AC adapter or directly by USB connection from the computer. Also you can transfer songs on the DN-CLMP128 MP3 player using the computer's USB connection. The operating systems compatible with the clip MP3 player are Microsoft's Windows 2000 and XP.
