That being said, Canon just updated their Digital Photo Professional program to version 3.13.51 adding new lens profiles for its Digital Lens Optimizer tool, which allows you to quickly fix chromatic aberration, diffraction issues or problems caused by the camera's low-pass filter.
In addition to that, the Canon EOS Utility was updated to version 2.13.40, which comes with a small addition that allows you to load protected images on your PC.
For those unfamiliar with Canon's EOS Utility, you must know that this application makes it easy to establish a connection between your Canon EOS digital SLR camera and your computer, allowing you at the same time to view images, control your camera and performing remote shots.
Furthermore, Canon also updated their Picture Style Editor program to version 1.13.30. The application is designed to work alongside Digital Photo Professional and EOS Utility and allows you to apply various picture styles to your RAW images.
The latest Picture Style Editor update comes with added support for new Canon digital SLR cameras including: EOS 70D, EOS Kiss X7 / EOS Rebel SL1 / EOS 100D, EOS Kiss X7i / EOS Rebel T5i / EOS 700D and EOS-1D C.
