Nippon photographic equipment manufacturer Canon is among the few that has not yet revealed its camera and lens lineup for the upcoming CP Camera & Photo Imaging Show that opens its doors on February 13 in Yokohama, Japan.

If you were wondering what new digital cameras Canon will announce at the event scheduled for February 12, Cameraegg has received new info from a trusted source that reveals a few of the new upcoming products.

Besides the high-end PowerShot G1 X Mark II compact camera that we've been talking about in the past few weeks, the Nippon giant will also introduce a new waterproof, freezeproof, shockproof PowerShot D30 model as the successor of the current D20, the SX700 HS compact superzoom digital camera and a new IXUS 145 model.

Besides these new PowerShot cameras, Canon will also present a new electronic viewfinder (EVF-DC1) as well as a waterproof housing (WP-DC53). More information will be revealed on February 12.
