14 DAY TRIAL // About a year or so ago, the gossip mill had gone into overdrive with rumors of Cameron Diaz having decided to tie the knot with her model boyfriend Paul Sculfor. The two broke up in the meantime – and it looks like the actress is looking for love again in the arms of Alex Rodriguez, as she’s been photographed leaving his apartment shortly before he did, as the Daily Mail even has photos to confirm.
Rodriguez, or A-Rod, as he’s been dubbed by the celebrity-focused media, recently dated Kate Husdon and, before her, pop icon Madonna. Diaz, on the other hand, is currently shooting a movie with her ex Justin Timberlake, and photos snapped on set seemed to indicate that they might be friendlier than exes should normally be, generating a few headlines as to how they were considering getting back together. Suffice it to say this recent set of pics should put those rumors to rest – for now.
“It seems the cover has been blown on Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez’s secret fling as the pair were spotted leaving the baseball player’s flat. The pair were careful not to be snapped together with the movie actress sneaking out first clutching what seemed like overnight bags. Rodriguez, or A-Rod, followed behind a short while later suggesting the playboy who once dated Madonna and Kate Hudson has squired himself another A-list lover,” the Mail says.
“The New York Yankee’s efforts to retain anonymity were pretty half-baked – he wore sunglasses and got the doorman to hold an umbrella for him. Dressed casually in a black blazer and skinny jeans, Diaz, 37, loaded a waiting car with her bags before climbing into the chauffeur-driven vehicle. The romance between Diaz and Rodriguez seems to be blossoming since they were first spotted dirty dancing in February at a Super Bowl party in Miami,” the tab goes on to say.
What’s more, this is not the only media outlet, be it tab or not, that’s running the story of the blossoming romance. Life & Style magazine even has sources who can confirm the two are dating, even though they’re still trying to figure out whether what they have is serious or not. The same goes for the New York Post.
