As it happens every year, the CES 2008 is rich in all sorts of crazy things exhibitors put up in order to make you leave completely dazed and confused, with a smile of intense satisfaction on your face and a thrilling feel like that we used to get in the Christmas morning. Among all the cool and dumb pieces of "consumer electronic" technology displayed at the CES 2008, one most intriguing presence will make heads turn: a square wall made of square subwoofers, constantly rumbling and creating quite a breeze in front of them.

Well, it seems like that hall is dedicated to everything techy that has a connection with cars and the automotive industry. Now, what's the easiest way to get your car noticed? Installing some insane sound system in your trunk, of course! And because your car needs serious bass, why not providing your ride with some of the most extreme and intriguing subwoofers around?

It's the Kicker square subwoofers; they can be literally stacked in complex shapes and are able to provide you with the best space-management in your car, exactly because their very particular shape which eliminates most of the unnecessary space expense round subwoofers come with, inherently. The Kicker square woofers have been showcased in a 16-unit array, a 4 by 4 subwoofers square, fastened to a solid metal frame and put to work with a low-frequency tune that really made things move.

Funny thing that Brian Lam of Gizmodo explained that the "low roar felt like a massage"... actually you can lend an eye to this movie and see for yourselves how things work out with the Kicker square subwoofers. Not exactly the monstrous bass tunnel I've mentioned in 2007 but definitely something really worth seeing and enjoying. What was that erotic remark on the bass-massage, Brian?

We are just a few, but there are many of you, Softpedia users, out there. That's why we thought it would be a good idea to create an email address for you to help us a little in finding gadgets we missed. Interesting links are bound to be posted with recognition going mainly to those who submit. The address is .
