14 DAY TRIAL // Britney Spears is promoting her upcoming Las Vegas residency and the “Britney Jean” album, which will be coming out at about the same time, and, as her interview with Ellen DeGeneres proves, she’s in a mood to get personal.
Well, “in a mood” is too strong a term for what is happening here, but the bottom line is that Britney’s management, who has been keeping very tight reins on her since her public meltdown, is finally allowing interviewers some personal questions as well.
So, Ellen got to ask the pop star about the new man in her life, David Lucado, whom she’s been dating since February, according to reports online. Video of the exchange is embedded above.
Britney describes him as a normal guy who is, at the same time, very passionate and sweet and absolutely lovable because she “just” loves him. She also talks about a tiff they had the night before her appearance, when he “forgot” to call her for a “long” time, which is the equivalent of about 6 hours in Spears-time.
She also offers some details about the first time they met, but refuses to say whether they spent the night together right away or later, even though Ellen pushes her to say it. Check it out!
