14 DAY TRIAL // One of the most surprising celebrity contestants on this season of ABC’s Dancing With the Stars, the 17th for who’s counting, is Bill Nye “the Science Guy,” who said he wanted to be on it to get more people interested in science and space exploration.
He’s now in hospital, having injured himself during the Paso Doble on Monday night.

It also includes the fall that caused the injury that put him in hospital though, for the record, Bill tells the three judges he’s “fine” after he took it.
“Bill Nye was injured during his performance last night and is currently seeking medical attention,” ABC says in a statement to Gossip Cop.
No word yet on whether the injury is serious or whether it will allow Bill to get back into the dance studio to prepare for next week, but rest assured you’ll find out more about it here.
