Earlier this week we heard that Battlefield Premium was a sort of service, similar to Call of Duty Elite, that will soon appear for all Battlefield 3 owners. Now, a new report has arrived that claims it's actually a bundle that will include all the previously released DLC for the shooter, as well as all of the expansions that will arrive after its launch in June.

Battlefield 3 delivered a great multiplayer experience at the end of last year and, since then, developer DICE has been working hard on keeping the online mode as popular as possible.

After the studio confirmed that it's planning to release not one but three major expansions this year, a report appeared earlier this month, claiming that something called Battlefield Premium will be released.

Judging by those initial details, which said it will allow players access to DLC and other unique goodies, many believed the service would be similar to Activision's Call of Duty Elite.

Now, website Battlefieldo has posted a new report, which cites multiple inside sources and claims that Battlefield Premium is actually a DLC bundle.

According to the rumor, Battlefield Premium will contain the previously released Back to Karkand expansion, as well as the upcoming Close Quarters, Armored Kill, End Game, and a possible fifth DLC pack. Besides the add-ons, other content, like new camos and unique in-game items will also be included in the bundle.

Battlefield Premium will be launched on June 4, according to the website, and will offer all these things for a one-time fee, not a subscription, like Call of Duty Elite.

As of yet, DICE hasn't comment on the rumor but it hasn't denied it either, so it's safe to say that Battlefield 3 players are in for a surprise announcement soon enough.
