Almost unknown outside of Asia, Axigon has also announced the introduction of a GF114 graphics card, this latest addition to the GTX 560 Ti family carrying a custom cooling solution as well as an all black design.

The GF114 is Nvidia's latest core to be released into the GTX 500-series, the GPU featuring 384 CUDA processors, 64 texturing units, 32 ROPs as well as a 256-bit wide memory bus that connects the video buffer to the GPU.

Like the rest of the GTX 500 product family, this too is built using TSMC's 40nm manufacturing process.

To put its graphics card together, Axigon has decided to pair the GF114 with 1GB of GDDR5 memory rated at 0.4ns (1250MHz) as well as with a 4+1 phase power supply design (four phases go to the GPU while the fifth one is powering the memory chips).

In addition, the card features a non-reference cooling solution, that features a full length heatsink as well as dual 92mm fans installed inside an all black plastic shroud.

The heat generated by the GPU is transferred to the heatsink via three copper heatpipes, a custom designed bracket that allows for increased air flow being also employed.

As is the case with almost all other GTX 560 Ti graphics cards, the bracket is populated by dual DVI connectors and an mini-HDMI port.

However, Axigon decided to give the card a more personal touch and painted the two DVI ports black.

As far as the operating frequencies are regarded, Axigon went with Nvidia's reference clocks for the GTX 560 Ti, the core running at 822MHz while the memory is set at 1002MHz (data rate of 4008MHz).

Sadly, no details regarding pricing or availability were released by now, but it is highly probable that Axigon's card will only be retailed in Asia. (via Expreview)
