Rumors of an Asus smartphone soon to be released have been going by over the last few days. It now looks that we are talking about the Asus P750 phone model and several other performance details have come to join the information on what phone model this handset really is.

Asus P750 will support Windows Mobile 6 Professional, which makes it one of the most evolved devices at this time. The smartphone comes equipped with a 520 Mhz PXA27x CPU, 256 MB ROM and 128 MB RAM. It is going to be a GSM phone model capable of EDGE and HSDPA performances, which means that it will be capable of reaching data transfer speeds of up to 3.6 Mbps.

The handset also includes WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, for reliable wireless connections. Asus P750 also packs SiRF III GPS receiver, as this type of technology has become quite popular in the case of evolved mobile phones over the last period.

The smartphone will also have a 3.2 megapixel camera included, which will make it capable of providing captures at a quality above average. No specifications on its sizes have been provided, although they would have been quite interesting to see, as the mobile phone looks rather bulky.

The design of Asus P750 makes it look as if it manages to successfully combine elegance with performance. The buttons look quite easy to handle and give the handset a rather practical look, meant to respond to the user's needs first of all and only secondly to the aesthetics ones.

Producers have made no official announcement on the release of this handset until now, although there are high chances of seeing it in October. A great deal of uncertainty goes to the price of the Asus P750 handset and the regions that it will come at.
