The official reveal for Assassin's Creed Syndicate might not take place until tomorrow, but a load of details about the new title created by Ubisoft have already been shared by sources inside the company, and the most recent piece of info is that no multiplayer modes are planned for the game.

The new information comes from two sources inside the publisher who are talking to Kotaku. The fact that Assassin's Creed Syndicate will not include any sort of multiplayer means that the core development team will have more time and resources to make sure that the single-player delivers the quality fans are expecting.

The game will feature two playable characters, Jacob Frye and Evie Frye, and gamers will be able to switch between them at will when they explore the open world.

When it comes to actual missions in Assassin's Creed Syndicate, the protagonist of each of them seems to be fixed, with three-quarters linked to the male brother and the rest belonging to the sister.

The sources are not able to offer clear details about the actual story the new title in the long-running franchise is set to tell and whether it will be centered on Templars or Assassins.

It seems that the launch will take place this fall on the PC, the Xbox One from Microsoft, and the PlayStation 4 from Sony.

Assassin's Creed Syndicate will take gamers to London

After visits to impressive cities like Paris and Constantinople, gamers will be able to now travel to London during the most important period in its history, the dawn of the Industrial Revolution, when the British Empire was the most glorious in the world.

Leaks have suggested that gamers will be able to use an entirely new grappling hook in order to gain extra mobility in Assassin's Creed Syndicate.

Combat sequences will now apparently also take place on moving carriages, with an added element of danger.

More details about Assassin's Creed Syndicate will be offered at 9 PM Pacific Time tomorrow, but it's unlikely that Ubisoft will use the first reveal of the title to deliver a full spread of details about both gameplay and story.
