14 DAY TRIAL // Ubisoft has just revealed that its newest game, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood will get its first free downloadable content, the Animus Project Update 1.0, next month, which will add a new multiplayer mode and another map.
Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood has just been launched for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and continues the story of the second game, alongside its hero, Ezio Auditore, but also introduces new features like the multiplayer mode.
We heard developers of the game promise better DLC for Brotherhood than the ones released for Assassin's Creed 2, and now it seems that Ubisoft is staying true to its word.
The Animus Project Update 1.0 DLC will be launched on December 14, on the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live, completely for free.
The add-on will include a new game mode, called Advance Alliance, which is a more different take on the regular Alliance mode.
Besides that, a new multiplayer map called Mont Saint-Michel will also be added, offering a new sight for those that were sick of Rome or the regular Italian cities.
The map is set in Normandy, France, and boasts a "particular topography of narrow streets, high-perched bell tower and multi-leveled architecture is perfect for hunters and predators alike to surge from out of nowhere to execute their prey."

PlayStation 3 owners of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood already got a free piece of downloadable content when the game was launched, as Ubisoft partnered with Sony to offer the Copernicus Conspiracy single-player DLC.
