Palm fans will be happy to find that the highly-acclaimed Angry Birds game has been finally introduced on the webOS platform. Recently announced by Rovio, the developer of the game, Angry Birds can be downloaded from the App Catalog.

For those out of the loop, Angry Birds is one of the most successful mobile games of all times, and has become a real phenomenon of 2010.

Further, the game reached the number one spot paid application in 69 countries, as more than 6.5 million users already downloaded the game to their smartphones.

The game puts players in charge of a quirky flock of birds, who must retrieve their stolen eggs from a group of hungry pigs.

By simply using a slingshot, you will be able to send the Angry Birds soaring through the air to smash the pigs and their puzzling hideouts.

Angry Birds pairs smooth physics modeling with appealing cartoon visuals and audio to provide a fresh and gripping experience for everyone.

“Lemme tell ya, these ain’t no ordinary finches we’re talkin’ about. These here are the Angry Birds, the ones that’s gonna kick you in the ‘nads. And they’re the ones on your side. They must be from Galapadapados, or sumptin’,” Col. Angus, Bird Expert.

Further, using the unique characters included in the game, players will be able to create an unlimited variety of outcomes for every scenario.
