Motorola's future roadmap should reportedly include a nice range of new devices headed for Verizon Wirless' network, and the DROID X 2

, which was spotted before into the wild, along with a new DROID 3 model would be among them.

Last year, Motorola and the wireless services provider launched the already popular Motorola DROID 2 and DROID X devices, which might get successors on shelves in the near future.

Of course, this does not come too much as a surprise, especially since the DROID X 2 was already spotted into the wild before.

In addition to offering photos with these devices, he also provided some images with another handset from Motorola, one that sports the codename of Targa.

Apparently, this would be one of the future LTE-based handsets that Verizon plans on making available for its customers, following the availability of the first batch of such devices.

What can be extracted from the photo available with this handset includes the fact that it sports a design similar to the one included with Motorola's XT720, to which the vendor added a chrome outline similar to the one on DROID 3.

Other details on this handset are not available at the moment, but it might not be too long before Motorola and Verizon decide to unveil some more info on it.

Motorola already announced the upcoming availability of an LTE-enabled smartphone, the Motorola DROID Bionic, which should become available for purchase on Verizon's network sometime in the second quarter of the ongoing year.

Undoubtedly, the close collaboration between the two companies would result in the release of some other Android-based LTE-capable smartphones on the carrier's network, and the Targa could very well be one of them. Other Motorola handsets would also be launched on Verizon's airwaves.
