Late last month, NVIDIA finally managed to bring forth the GeForce Driver version that carried support for the 3D Vision Surround technology. This feature practically allows a SLI multi-GPU configuration to output 3D content, including games, to three displays at the same time. Immediately after the announcement was made, CyberPower, Digital Storm, Maingear and iBuyPower brought out complete offerings, made up of the PC itself and three 3D monitors. Now, AVADirect has decided to join the effort with its own solution.

Despite how its rivals gave fancy names to their respective beasts, hoping to draw the eyes of as many enthusiasts as possible, AVA Direct hasn't exactly done the same to its own PC, referring to it simply as the custom 3D Vision Surround system. Still, eve in absence of a grand denomination, the machine is, in a manner of speaking, a real monster, because it can make people change their view about what enthusiast-grade hardware really means.

The Intel Core i7 central processing units, designed for the LGA 1366 socket, that are available as options aren't particularly shocking. Still, some consumers may stare in awe when they notice the 24GB of RAM and, more importantly, the 12TB of storage space that one may cram inside said computer. Even the video options, up to three GeForce GTX 470 or GTX 480 models, are more than noteworthy. Naturally, AVADirect bundles this PC with the necessary 3D Vision kit and either one or three 3D LCD monitors.

Among the display options that one may select are a 22-inch panel with a native resolution of 1680 x 1050, as well as a 23.6-inch monitors with support for Full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels. Obviously, both work at refresh rates of 120Hz. The offer can be seen in detail here and has a starting price of $2,000.
