Mobile phone carrier AT&T is expected to make available for purchase on its airwaves in the not-too-distant future its own flavor of Galaxy S II, the high-end smartphone from Samsung, and the said device has just leaked into the wild.

The most interesting part is that the phone was spotted on Samsung Mobile Singapore's Facebook account, where it made an appearance in a photo presenting accessories for the Galaxy S II.

The Samsung Galaxy S II for AT&T was previously rumored to arrive on shelves as the Samsung Attain, but no confirmation on the matter has emerged so far.

However, it seems that its existence was confirmed, the same as the fact that it would suffer minor modifications before hitting shelves at AT&T.

As the photo shows, the wireless carrier asked for the Galaxy S II to be modified a little, with four Android menu keys on the front, and with styling that reminds of the already available AT&T Infuse 4G.

The phone can be seen mounted in a pyramid stand that includes HDMI and 3.5mm stereo-out ports.

Unfortunately, no other details on the specifications list of this mobile phone are known for the time being, though chances are that we'll soon hear more on it. The Samsung Galaxy S II was rumored to be on its way to the US market on the airwaves of Sprint and Verizon too, under the name of Within and Function, respectively, and these phones are expected to arrive in July, so AT&T's model might be released next month as well.

The Samsung Galaxy S II was made available with a dual-core application processor clocked in at 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, and microSD card slot, along with a 4.3-inch touchscreen display.

It also sports an 8-megapixel photo snapper (full HGD video recording), front-facing camera for video calling, GPS receiver, WiFi and Bluetooth, support for HSPA+ connectivity, and for a wide range of services and applications. The phone runs under Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
