Terrorist Zombies is a post-apocalyptic horror shooter where gamers have to defend against hordes of zombies who are trying to take over what's left from the ravaged cities that survived the war.
The story of the game takes place in a dark future, when terrorists have resorted to injecting themselves with an experimental neurotoxin that turns humans into ticking time-bomb zombies.
Players will have to stop all these zombies who are now threatening the last bastion of humanity, as the lone Marines responsible for securing and defending the area against total zombie domination.
“With Terrorist Zombies, we set out to create an engaging and intense iOS third-person shooter. After all of the weapons were created and loaded into the game, we realized we had an absolute wild ride on our hands,” says Jack Freeman, founder of Champion Software.
“Terrorist Zombies delivers on the two things we were hoping to accomplish with the game: raising the stakes and getting the adrenaline pumping,” added Freeman.
Players have an entire weapon arsenal at their disposal, as well as a full military battalion, which is waiting to be unleashed on the game’s three main war zones.
Equipped with an extensive arsenal especially designed to tear apart any approaching zombie, ammo, as well as stim-packs, players will have to hold off the attacks until all unaffected civilians have been safely evacuated from the war zone.
In addition, power-ups will appear randomly on the battlegrounds during open-fire, which will aid players in the fight against the terrorists. These power-ups enables gamers to summon air strikes, replenish their artillery or restore their health.
“Terrorist Zombies” is compatible with any iPhone, iPod touch and iPad device running iOS 4.0 or later and requires 38.6 MB. The game is available for download from the App Store for $0.99.
