Rapper Snoop Dogg is looking to have his two children try for a career in pop music, by forming a band with the three Beckham boys. Hopefully, the five of them will release a Christmas song – and then work from there.

Snoop’s children are set on having a career in the spotlight and the rapper believes the three Beckham boys are also set for greatness – so why not increase their odds by forming a band, he thought.

At the time he said this to a British publication, as cited by AceShowbiz, he still hadn’t talked about it to David and Victoria Beckham, but he planned on doing so as soon as he was back in the States.

Snoop and David are old friends, which makes the rapper believe his idea stands good chances of happening. He’s also enlisted help from other young stars, already working in showbiz.

“Beckham’s three boys have never known anything but the spotlight since they were born and if they have the talent of their mum and dad then they are destined for big things,” Snoop says.

In other words, the Beckham children were literally born for a life in the spotlight, so they may as well give a pop career a try.

“Corde and Cordell really want to get into the record industry and if they formed a group with the Beckham boys I think they could be really successful,” the rapper says of his two kids.

The only problem Snoop can foresee right now is the age issue, since only Brooklyn is old enough to become an entertainer. However, he’s willing to wait for Romeo and Cruz to grow up.

“I have already talked with Bow Wow and Soulja Boy about adding vocals to their single and they are in. With me, David and Victoria behind them they would be unstoppable,” Snoop adds.

“I haven’t put it to David yet. But when he is back in L.A. I will have a meeting organized. I don’t want to rush things but I can’t see why their first single should not be out by Christmas,” Snoop also said.
