Still, such situations are quite unlikely to happen and only on a rare basis. What this application has to offer is an extensive content library, with information of nearby events, local entertainment.
The advantage of this is that the user can receive information of what is interesting nearby, even if he does not know where exactly he is. Moreover, he can find people by name or number, which can prove highly useful in many situations.
