“E or F” cups make jogging impossible for Heidi Montag, she says in recent interview

Heidi Montag is 23 years old and, though she’s what many could describe as young, she’s already been through no less than ten surgical procedures in one single day, with the purpose of getting the body she’s always dreamed of. Now that she has it and all her insecurities are behind her, she reveals her implants came at the cost of her never being able to jog again, as Us Magazine can confirm.

Speaking with Ryan Seacrest earlier this week, Montag, who made a name for herself on MTV’s “The Hills” reality show, went into the gory details of her surgical interventions, as well as how much she’s had to suffer because of them. For starters, she’s still in such a fragile shape that she continues to be afraid to hug anyone, but that will soon pass. Not the same can be said about jogging, which she will never be allowed to do – or, at least, for as long as she has her current implants.

When Seacrest told her that she looked just fine before, Montag answered that she wanted to look “great” and not just nice. “Post-surgery, Montag says she ‘has a great body now,’ but there are drawbacks. ‘I’m very weird about hugging people now – [my body] is very fragile.’ And, with breasts that are now size ‘E or F’ depending on the bra, Montag said that jogging is also out,” Us Magazine writes about the interview. On the bright side, she has other options for keeping fit, such as yoga, of which she’s a fan, often being spotted outdoors with her trainer and mat, stretching.

“Heidi Montag revealed new excruciating details about her plastic surgery marathon earlier this year, in which she underwent ten procedures in one day. In addition to familiar-sounding enhancements – nose, cheekbone and chin jobs, eyebrow lift, breast enlargement, fat injections – Montag said that she also ‘had my back scooped.’ When Ryan Seacrest asked her to clarify what a ‘back scoop’ is, Montag replied, ‘I actually didn’t know. I might be the first one to try it. It carves out your back a little bit.’ The star said she also ‘had my waist cinched in on both sides’,” the same mag says about the revealing interview.

Also when talking to Seacrest, Montag dropped the bomb that she’d like to become the “blonde Lara Croft,” saying she’d been preparing for a role of this type for many years, training with knives and guns. However, until that comes to happen, she’s focused on working with what she has so far – and what she has is footage of her journey to a perfect, surgically altered self, which she plans to turn into a reality show.
