Oh Happy Day...! Crysis Leaked on Torrents

Yesuree Bob, the highly anticipated FPS from Crytek... heck, the most anticipated PC game this year has been leaked on torrent sites. Yesterday 12:00 GMT saw Crysis appearing on torrent video game lists, while it has been confirmed that the game was cracked and released by the same group who altered the PC version of Halo 2 for compatibility with Windows XP.

But for those looking forward to a

legit gameplay time, the 3-disc Special Edition set contains a tremendous amount of extras including behind the scenes looks and interviews with the minds behind Crysis at Crytek, and some of the amazing art Crytek's been using as bait to lure fans in (in a good way that is). Recently, the developers have also rolled out the system specs for Crysis so, however you decide to get your own copy, here's what you need to run it:

Minimum System Requirements

OS - Windows XP or Windows Vista
Processor - 2.8 GHz or faster (XP) or 3.2 GHz or faster* (Vista)
Memory - 1.0 GB RAM (XP) or 1.5 GB RAM (Vista)
Video Card -256 MB**
Hard Drive - 12GB
Sound Card - DirectX 9.0c compatible

* Supported Processors: Intel Pentium 4 2.8 GHz (3.2 GHz for Vista) or faster, Intel Core 2.0 GHz (2.2 GHz for Vista) or faster, AMD Athlon 2800 (3200 for Vista) or faster.

** Supported chipsets: NVIDIA GeForce 6800 GT or greater; ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (Radeon X800 Pro for Vista) or greater. Laptop versions of these chipsets may work but are not supported. Integrated chipsets are not supported. Updates to your video and sound card drivers may be required.

Now, readers should keep in mind that we don't encourage gamers to play cracked versions of any game, so it's probably best if you just get your own on the 16th, this month - that's just 4 days from now. For all we know, the upper listed specs might even be false for the game's cracked version...
