Vodafone reportedly confirmed no plan to launch the new handset

LG G2, the latest flagship Android-based handset from South Korean mobile phone maker LG Electronics, is expected to arrive in the UK in the not too distant future on the network of wireless carrier O2, it seems.

The operator confirmed plans on the matter soon after Three UK made a similar move, though no specific release date was provided.

Apparently, these might be the only carrier options for UK users interested in the purchase of the new mobile phone, given that Vodafone doesn’t plan to launch it, and that EE hasn’t confirmed any intention on the matter as of now, Engadget reports.

However, users will also be able to grab the phone through The Carphone Warehouse, which has already added it to its website, with an October release date attached to it.
