INQ's Mini 3G, a handset aimed at delivering the “mobile Internet to the mass market,” is now available for purchase in the UK via 3, free on a £15 Internet Texter plan. What users will get in addition to the handset includes free Internet access, free 3-to-3 calls, free voicemail and 75 minutes. In addition, the carrier also offers the phone for free on a Mix & Match tariff.

3's Pay As You Go users will also be able to enjoy the new handset, priced at £59.99. Users can also benefit from top-ups that start from £5 online and £10 from all other outlets, which will bring them free texts, allowance of Mobile Internet access, free 3-to-3 calls and free voicemail. Moreover, free Skype-to-Skype calls and free Windows Live Messenger in the UK also come along to 3's users, both on the Pay As You Go option and on all contract tariffs.

Those who will go for the INQ Mini 3G on the carrier's £15 Internet Texter plan, or on Pay As You Go, will also enjoy the fact that all the Internet usage, including Facebook and Twitter connectivity, is covered by the bundle. And since INQ’s phones come with Twitter at heart, the offering seems as good as it can be.

The INQ Mini 3G comes with a series of other features too, including an array of seven colored back covers, a 2.2-inch QVGA TFT landscape display, 2.0-megapixel camera, media player with support for a wide range of audio and video file types, audio and video streaming capabilities, 100MB of internal memory, and a memory card slot with support for up to 8GB of additional storage space.

As for the Twitter app included with the device, it will run in the background, providing users with updates on tweets and enabling them to re-tweet when they want to. INQ Mini 3G comes with red backs in-box, yet the other colored back covers can be found in 3's stores. More details on the carrier's offering when it comes to this handset can be found here.
