It's become so hard to find that the publisher has arranged for customers to email their location

Finally, PSP news. I was beginning to worry that the console had been erased from fans' hearts, with that wicked DS Lite out there that still sells like water in the desert, but I was wrong. Recent announcements about Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure, a game developed by Nihon Falcom and published by Mastiff, have revealed that it has been causing quite a stir among RPG fans since its release last month. In fact, it has shook the world of PSP fans so much, that gamers in some areas are now unable to find copies at their local retail outlets. This led to many journalists calling the game as the first "Zelda" game for Sony's handheld. Surely you're now interested in hearing what this game is all about.

Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure stars a strong-willed girl named Parin, who is sent to live with her grandfather in a small mining town while her parents are off excavating an ancient ruin. With no other children living in this town, Parin is surprised one day to encounter a young girl being tormented by a stray dog. After Parin drives it off, she is shocked to discover the young girl is actually a monster, and like all monsters, invisible to adults. Parin is soon invited to the mysterious Monster Village, which happens to be hidden right behind her town. Parin has just started making monster friends when evil spirits (Phantoms), invade the village and monsternap most of the inhabitants. Parin soon learns of the Legendary Drill, a weapon hidden underneath the village that is powerful enough to destroy the Phantoms. Here begins Parin's quest to reclaim the Legendary Drill and set things right again.

In response to fans' cries, Bill Swartz, Head Woof of Mastiff, LLC is working to make additional copies of the game available: "We're thrilled by the enthusiastic response Gurumin has received from the press and we will make sure gamers in every US city and state are able to experience Gurumin for themselves." Thus, Mastiff has created a special e-mail box for any consumer who is interested in purchasing Gurumin, but can't find it locally. So if you are a PSP owner in desperate want of the RPG, you can now send an e-mail with your location to THIS SITE and Mastiff will help you find a local retailer with inventory or arrange another way for you to purchase the game.

Just so you know if it's worth the trouble, Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure is a non-linear game, it has over 30 stages set in a variety of environments, 23 non-player characters, 48 unique enemies and more than 90 items to collect. Almost all objects in range can be destroyed with the Legendary Drill, while players are also faced with mind hurting puzzles, and different modes of play. What more could you want from a PSP title?
