More rumors arise as the GDC gets closer

It seems that the "Stuff" of War titles have decided to team up and deliver some really interesting pieces of news. And having in mind that calling "Gears" or "God" of War just stuff could be considered by most of the gamers a real blasphemy or a sign of noob-ness, you can probably imagine how big this is.

First of all, because the long awaited Gears of War sequel seems to get official, since the US gaming magazine GamePro has unleashed its next cover and, surprise! The title "Gears of War 2" appears not once, but twice on the cover. Still, nobody has any idea what will the GoW2 info be, since GamePro's website hasn't even mentioned the game on its page promoting the magazine. I guess they did that on purpose, sure that the entire gaming community will explode and start a rumor frenzy like no other. We will just wait and see what all this is about.

But since we're talking about rumors, a quick preview of the March issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly (EGM) proves that the next edition will be packed of them. First, and probably the most important one, is about God of War: Chains of Olympus that appears to be heading to the PlayStation 2 consoles now (for those who don't have both a PS2 and a PSP, that is). Still, there are no details yet regarding a release date, new content and such since, you know, it's a rumor. But one that will definitely make you very happy.

It is quite possible that most of the rumors we keep hearing nowadays from "inside sources" or just from paranormal dudes who like to predict things have one common things: they all happen right now, when the Games Developer's Conference is getting closer. So might just get some official details soon.
