Ever thought of completing your collection? Here's your chance at $1.99 a game.

Stop whatever it is that you're doing and close all other tabs that might distract you from reading this, because Best Buy has officially launched the game sale of the century. There are practically hundreds of games for all major platforms ( Sony's PS2, PSP, Microsoft's Xbox, Xbox 360 and Nintendo's GBA, DS and GameCube) all priced at under 10 bucks. But that's not all. Most of the Xbox, DS and GameCube titles can be acquired at the amazing price of $1.99, or so says BestBuy anyway. We'll see tomorrow.

By now you must be dancing around your living-room, but don't get too excited if you live elsewhere but the US of A. The offer isn't available anywhere else, don't ask why? Anyway, is this the best opportunity to complete your game collection or what? Let me tell you something about human psychology. Until this very day, you probably wouldn't have gone anywhere near Crash Bandicoot Wrath of Cortex (not Warped), Crash Tag Team Racing or DBZ Budokai 2 (all Cube games) but now that they're $1.99 you'll probably barge into the store to get copies for your friends as well, thus giving those games the chance to be truly appreciated.

Wait, I'm not finished. Why did I use the word "truly" and "appreciated?" Because if you were to buy Crash Bandicoot Wrath of Cortex at its original launching price, kicking Cortex's ass, or should I say head, wouldn't have been so much fun as opposed to doing that cheap too. My point is: you buy a fairly decent game, play it, finish it after which you say: "well, that was fast..." (given that you are good at video games) and then you feel that you've wasted your money. But, buying Advance Wars for your DS for example (which is a title you've probably never even heard of) at $1.99, will have you playing even on the toilet seat.
