14 DAY TRIAL // She promised she’d make the most of her experiences and her recent rehab stay, and she’s definitely a woman of her word. Demi Lovato has taped an interview for Good Morning America detailing her personal struggles.
The news comes from GMA host Robin Roberts herself, but, sadly, an air date is not yet known.
Nevertheless, fans should be happy to hear that Roberts is promising one of the best and most touching interviews to date, in which Demi opens up in front of the camera.
The idea is, of course, to help others who may be in the same situation as herself and who don’t even know yet they might need help.
“Enjoyed spending time with @ddlovato [Demi Lovato] today after GMA. Moved by her honesty. Intvw will air later and will help many,” Roberts tweets.
Fans will have to stand by for an air date, though, because one hasn’t yet been chosen, the GMA host adds.
“As soon as we have an exact air date will let u know. Will give u plenty of notice. Demi is devoted to her fans,” Roberts writes.
At the beginning of last month, Demi broke her silence post-rehab, posting online a video of herself at home, thanking fans for their constant support and never-dying love, as we also informed you
That was the first time she hinted about the possibility of using her experience as a means of helping others.
“The journey that I’ve been on has been very difficult over the past few months. I was dealing with issues that I know not only girls just my age but of all ages are dealing with,” Demi said.
“I hope to one day raise awareness… so I can help people the way you helped me during this rough time,” she went on to say. She didn’t go into details.
“I can’t tell you how much light you guys brought into my life in probably the darkest time of my life. Without you guys, I wouldn’t be here today… I am excited to get back to work,” she stated.
