14 DAY TRIAL // Though she said earlier this year that she’d gotten her life back and no longer abused illegal substances and / or alcohol, Lindsay Lohan is spiraling out of control. Recent photos show her in a worse for wear state, with police officers usually summoned to protect her from the paparazzi telling TMZ she needs an intervention as soon as possible.
Or else she’s dead. The other day, TMZ spoke to people inside Lohan’s entourage, people who said they often tried to make her see she needed to go back to rehab these past few months. The same people revealed they lived in fear the star would end up dead one of these days, as her life took a turn for the worse. Police officers who also work with Lindsay are now telling the same story, hinting that they even considered committing her against her will.
“The people closest to Lindsay Lohan aren’t the only ones who are alarmed at her condition – some police officers who routinely come in contact with Lindsay tell TMZ they have thought seriously about forcing her to get help. Cops who see Lindsay at her worst – late nights and early mornings when she needs assistance avoiding the paparazzi – tell TMZ they have been concerned about her ‘erratic behavior’ and ‘attitude’ – which have grown progressively worse over the last few months,” TMZ writes after talking to the cops who, of course, chose not to go on record with their names.
Things with Lohan are so bad, in fact, that the cops even considered taking her for an involuntary psychiatric evaluation. “We’re told during one of Lindsay’s crazier nights out recently, cops became so concerned they discussed taking her in for a 5150 evaluation. Cops decided against it because she didn’t meet all the criteria for a 5150 – they felt she could still take care of herself – though feebly,” TMZ further says.
So far, Lindsay Lohan has not addressed the rumors, which are beginning to pick up pace in the blogosphere. As for a set of shots that got people talking about her having fallen off the wagon, namely of her falling down as she was coming out of a night club, the actress explained on Twitter that the paparazzi pushed her into a plant and she lost balance because she was wearing high heels.
