Call of Duty: Black Ops has just received its Title Update 7 for the Xbox 360 platform, bringing new features, eliminating known bugs and improving other areas of the shooter.

Call of Duty: Black Ops has been under heavy strain on the Xbox 360 platform, with Treyarch, its development studio, launching the First Strike map pack onto the console as a timed exclusive.

As you could imagine, some issues appeared, but the team has now patched most of them up with the release of the seventh title update for the game, taking it to version 1.07.

Among the biggest changes we have the matchmaking system, which now returns results much faster, while the in-game downloadable content store now hides DLC that isn't in the language of the actual game, thus preventing players from buying content that isn't compatible with their edition of Black Ops.

Check out all of the changes and issues solved by Call of Duty: Black Ops patch 1.07 on the Xbox 360 below.

Issues Addressed:
• Matchmaking improvements to return higher quality results faster. This change includes settings that are tunable in the live environment, so tweaking may continue beyond initial release of this update.
• The in-game store now hides DLC map packs that do not match the language of the player’s disc to decrease the possibility of users downloading the incorrect language version.
• Calling in a Chopper Gunner immediately after getting shot down in a Gunship will no longer end the Chopper Gunner run prematurely. Required timing-specific button presses.
• Split screen players are now able to change camera perspectives and cycle through players as a spectator.
• Addressed an issue where the most recent match played in Zombies could overwrite the best match played on the leaderboard.
• Improved Zombies lobbies to prevent players from erroneously receiving the error “Unable to join game session” under certain circumstances.
• Addressed a number of community-discovered Zombies gameplay exploits.
• Additional security feature updates.

Gameplay Tuning:
• Additional sniper rifle tuning.

Expect the update to be made available both for the PlayStation 3 console and the PC platform in the following days or weeks.

The new title update will be automatically downloaded by your Xbox 360 when you boot up the game with the console connected to the internet.

Its all well tuning sniper rifles, but what about the match bonus that people keep lossing because of the error in conection. It goes aginst ur game play time and contracts time. And i think they should look at the match making system, eg when a team will have predominatly more higher ranked and experienced players. And allso when it puts you in to a match half way through the rounds or towards the end, which may result in a loss or being spawn trapped. so that brings me to my last comment when are they going to do somthing about the spawn glitches, spawn trapping fun but not fair

All these patches are garbage. They're not doing any good. Especially the Zombies being even ore over powered. Fixing the exploits is good, but the Zombies are now ridiculous. The PvP has always sucked so nothing new.

This occurs when a player has the ninja pro perk.
BUT* there has been glitches on the ghost pro where it is also silent planting.

Wow still didn't fix the Famas or AK74u, Thanks Treyarch (Sarcasm), now we can enjoy the same 2 guns being used by everyone in the game. They claim to have fixed them in previous patches but based on how many people use them it is clear they did not.

The 74u already got patched...

How Exactly did they "fix" snipers? I Just got on and I can still quickscope :l. I like quickscoping, and I don't understand why they have to get rid of stuff just because a bunch of 12 year olds complain about it... When the game was meant for 17+...
