Jesus Luz does latest issue of Interview magazine, refuses to talk about romance with Madonna

He’s repeatedly denied that he’s anything more to singer Madonna than just a close friend, but his insistencies that all questions related to a possible relationship with her be left out of a recent interview are certainly not helping his case. Model, DJ and “boytoy” Jesus Luz is featured in the latest issue of Interview magazine and, before anything, he asked that he be spared all the Madonna questions.

As speculation continues to make the rounds that the Queen of Pop is so smitten with him that she’s even thinking of the possibility of making the romance official right after his conversion to Kabbalah is complete, Jesus himself is keeping mum. Not only that but, before sitting down with Interview for a talk, he insisted that all questions related to this topic be gracefully left out, which means the entire interview is focused on his modeling gigs, his DJ aspirations and what it’s like to live in New York.

Or, as the Interview editor puts it oh so nicely, “blah blah blah.” “Jesus Luz, the handsome Brazilian model, has been getting a lot of attention lately. But it’s the kind of attention that can put undo pressure on a young man, especially one as good-looking as Luz, as the prying eyes of the world attempt to dissect and deconstruct every aspect of his life: his work, his love life, his taste in pop music, blah, blah, blah,” Interview writes.

“When we caught up with Luz on the phone for a few minutes recently, he was typically frenetic: meeting with his modeling agency in New York City and then rushing back to his apartment to get ready for a jaunt to Rio, where he was planning to visit family, take a few fashion appointments, and spin fist-pumping house music for the hometown crowd. Of course, there was one subject Luz is not allowed to talk about – and we were asked not to mention…” the editorial goes on to say about the one thing that remains off limits with the model.

Instead of dishing out details of his and Madonna’s supposed love affair, Jesus talks about how he got to be named that (how his father “admired” Jesus Christ and thought only good things would come to his son if he named him that) and how he’s serious about becoming an internationally famous DJ. The Interview piece also comes with a positively scorching photospread that should show to those who are still wondering why Madonna would ever become involved with a guy so many years younger than herself just which are Luz’s strong points, it is being said. See here for more on that.

There is no such word as "insistencies".
