Even though we already know that Blackberry Curve 9330 is already slated to be launched on Verizon Wireless' network in October, a RIM document reveled that the smartphone will also be available through Sprint carrier

Thanks to a knowledge base article that contains the description of a minor issue with the Sprint BlackBerry Curve 9330, discovered by Piotr from BBNews.pl, we are now sure that the smartphone will launch through both carriers sometime in Q4.

The minor issue was described as follows: “After the ##RTN command is performed on Sprint BlackBerry Curve 9330 smartphone, BlackBerry App World storefront and all preloaded games other than BrickBreaker and Word Mole are unexpectedly removed without user action.”

Blackberry Curve 9330 seems to be a Curve 3G CDMA replica, that will probably hit the market by the end of the year.

We're not sure if the smartphone will carry the latest Blackberry 6.0 OS out-of-the-box, but miracles can happen.

For those out of the loop, Blackberry Curve 3G is a tri-band HSDPA 900 / 1700 / 2100, that features a 2.46-inches display with 320 x 240 pixels resolution and 65K colors support.

It comes with full QWERTY keyboard, touch-sensitive optical trackpad, dedicated music keys, 3.5 mm audio jack, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, UMA (carrier dependent), Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP and GPS with A-GPS support.

Curve 3G is powered by a 624 MHz processor and runs Blackberry 5.0 OS, but an update should be soon available that will upgrade it to 6.0 OS.

Blackberry Curve 9330 hasn't received a pricing tag yet, but as a mid-range device it should go over the $200 price range.

No launching date for the Sprint version has been disclose yet, but it should be available at the same time with Verizon's Curve 9330, in October.

Hopefully, the issue with the unwanted removal of the pre-loaded games will be fixed by then.
