BlackBerry fans in the US who have been waiting for the second version of the popular touch-capable BlackBerry Storm to make it on the market might not have to wait too much to get their hands on the handset. According to the latest news on the web, the phone will come on September 29 for business customers, and should become available for other users on October 14.

The info on Storm 2's release dates comes from a leaked internal document that has emerged on BlackberryOS, as well as from another one that has been spotted on the CrackBerry forums. It shouldn't be too long before we learn whether September 29 is indeed the lucky day for those waiting for the Storm 2 to come out, yet an official announcement could shed more light on this.

In the meantime, we should mention that the release dates of other Verizon-bound handsets also emerged, among which we can count the LG Chocolate Touch VX8575 and Motorola Sholes. Although some of the latest rumors on the Internet suggested that Verizon wouldn't launch a Motorola Android phone in the near future, it seems that the Sholes is still on track for an October release.

October should also be the month in which Verizon is set to launch another device, the LG Chocolate Touch VX8575. The handset will be included in one of the best-selling lines from Verizon, the LG VX8xxx series, which includes mobile phones like VX8000, VX8100, VX8300, VX8350, and the VX8360.

The wireless carrier should add another device to this series, the LG VX8370, which is reportedly getting ready for release sometime next year. The phone has been spotted on the Bluetooth.org web site and should include Bluetooth 2.1+EDR with a series of profiles, like HSP, HFP, OPP, FTP, A2DP, BPP, DUN, AVRCP, BIP, and PBAP. According to phone Arena, there are great chances that this device will turn into a flip phone.
