The phone's release is a couple of days away

A pretty large number of photos featuring the Sony Ericsson W880i have appeared so far. There were photos of the phone in silver or official photos of the phone provided by Sony Ericsson that hardly revealed any part of the handset.

And it looks like it doesn't end there, so whether you like the phone or not, more leaked photos of another W880i prototype in black and orange have appeared.

While the design of the mobile phone isn't astounding and some people might not be especially interested in the W880i, the ones that do like the phone will probably appreciate seeing a different version of it.

The mobile phone comes with bright orange P990-like keys and a slim black metal case. All the keys on the phone, including the quick access buttons, appear to be tiny.

The Sony Ericsson W880i is expected to be released on the 6th of February, so we will not be kept waiting long until seeing some nice hi-res photos of the phone and a full spec sheet.

Until then, a possible feature list could include a 2 megapixel camera, 1.8 inch 256k color TFT screen with a QVGA resolution, media player supporting MP3, eAAC+, H.263, MPEG4, H.264 file formats, 3G support, 32 MB of internal memory and a card slot supporting MS Micro cards.

Since it's a Walkman phone it will also probably include a memory card in the pack. It will measure 102 x 46.5 x 9.4 mm and weigh 80 grams and it is said to be a tri-band 900/1800/1900 MHz and 3G 2100 mobile phone.
