It looks like Samsung has managed to introduce some of its flagship smartphones into a very popular movie that will debut next year.

The first poster for Zoolander 2, the comedy starring Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson, shows both characters, Derek Zoolander and Hansel, taking their selfies with Samsung Galaxy S6 smartphones.

While we don't have any information on exactly how Samsung's flagship smartphone will appear in the upcoming movie, we do know for sure that mobile phones will play a special part in Zoolander 2.

The same was available for Zoolander although no major handset maker was interested to include any of their products in the movie.

Samsung was very close to inking a deal with Spectre star Daniel Craig to promote one of its phablets in the most recent movie in the beloved series.

“Long time no Z” is the tagline of the movie

Sony is usually the company that puts its Xperia Z lineup in the spotlight with the latest James Bond movies, but since Daniel Craig refused to show the Xperia Z5 in Spectre, Samsung wanted to close the deal.

The South Korean company was willing to bolster the marketing budget of the Spectre movie to no less than $50 million, which is about $32 million more than what Sony offered in the first place.

It looks like Samsung Galaxy phones didn't make it in the latest James Bond movie, but fans of the series will probably be able to see a glimpse of their favorite phones on Zoolander 2.

Zoolander 2 doesn't have a release date, but rumor has it that it might be launched sometime in February 2016 or around that timeframe.

If that proves to be accurate, we shouldn't be surprised if Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson take their selfies with the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7.
