After informing Softpedia about the release of the Linux AIO Ubuntu 16.10 Live DVDs, Željko Popivoda from the Linux AIO team is now announcing the availability of Linux AIO Ubuntu 14.04.5.

What's Linux AIO Ubuntu 14.04.5? For those familiar with the project, the answer is straightforward. However, if you've never heard of Linux AIO before, let us tell you that it's a non-profit organization developing unique ISO images containing some of the most popular flavors of a GNU/Linux distribution.

Therefore, the Linux AIO Ubuntu 14.04.5 release brings you a single, bootable ISO image that offers untouched versions of the Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS, Kubuntu 14.04.5 LTS, Xubuntu 14.04.5 LTS, Lubuntu 14.04.5 LTS, and Ubuntu GNOME 14.04.5 LTS operating systems, all of them being available in 32-bit and 64-bit editions.

Unfortunately, Ubuntu MATE is missing from this Linux AIO DVD because the Ubuntu MATE team decided not to publish new point releases for the long-term supported Ubuntu 14.04 (Trusty Tahr) series, the last Ubuntu MATE 14.04 version being 14.02.2. However, you'll be able to use a newer Ubuntu MATE OS in Linux AIO's Ubuntu 16.10 DVD.

What can I do with Linux AIO Ubuntu 14.04.5?

If you're wondering right now why you should download any of the Linux AIO Ubuntu 14.04.5 ISO images, we'd be more than glad to inform you that you can use these unique ISOs to showcase each of the enclosed Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS (Trusty Tahr) flavors to a client, without having to carry with you and switch between multiple USB pen drives.

That's right, with only a single USB stick in your pocket, you'll be able to boot either Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Lubuntu, Xubuntu, or Ubuntu GNOME like you would if you were to install each one on a separate USB or DVD disc. We believe that the Linux AIO ISOs are designed to save you a lot of time and money.

If you're convinced, go ahead and download either 32-bit or 64-bit Linux AIO Ubuntu 14.04.5 ISO images right now from our website, and remember to always check the downloaded ISO files with the provided MD5 checksum. A bigger image containing both 32-bit and 64-bit versions is also available for download from the same location.
